Terrible after sales service and bad customer service.

I purchased two Hazey Storm club seater chairs from Leather Gallery in Shelly Beach on 10 January 2024 and received them when stock was available in February 2024. I paid R16 300 for the two chairs. After a few months I noticed that the one chair was worn on both its arm rests and also the upholstery was coming loose on both seats of the chairs between the back and the seat. I have photos to prove this. I lodged a complaint on-line in November and was told it was never received. I then emailed the head-office, after visiting the store a few times to complain. It took months for them to come and assess the chairs on Tuesday 1 April 2024, and the report back was unprofessional and inaccurate. They stated the damage was due to normal wear and tear, and they would not do anything to repair them. Really? Wear and tear happens after years, not a few months. I am so disappointed. I loved the chairs when I purchased them, and they were expensive. I will NEVER do business with this company again.
