Shocking Service from Leather Gallery

I bought an expensive Coffee Table made from Rose Gold material and Glass top. I bought it for my wife as a surprise as she loved the table. Thinking that Leather Gallery is a reputable Company and the quality must be good especially at the price that I bought the Table. Well what a disappointment shortly after getting the table the Rose Gold started to discolor and became all blotchy. So my wife phoned them and to say that after sales service is really bad would be an understatement. They don't reply to emails nor return phone calls. Eventually after a few months and lots of frustration they sent a "Technical" team out to have a look at the table. On our premises they agreed that there were issues with the table but then as expected they put the Blame on the Customer saying that we used abrasive stuff to clean the table with and I told them that we don't and even showed them a Brass items and other Rose Gold Items that we have and none of those have discolored as we only clean with a soft dust rag. All they could say that they have not had this problem before and we are the first ones ever. (which is what they always say) however I told them that this is not true as my wife had seen similar complaints on Facebook. Anyway a week later my wife gets an email telling her on how to clean the table and that the Ticket is now closed. Again she told them that we do not use anything else but a dust cloth to clean the table, but again she was rudely told the Ticket is closed and that is that. Their service level is really shocking or rather lack of service and we will certainly not buy from them again as to deal with them is a nightmare even before you try and get the problem resolved. We have lots of dinner parties and our friends have seen how this beautiful table has turned into a nightmare and the problems are there for all to see. When we get questioned why the table has not been replaced or repaired, we tell them exactly what Leather Gallery has told us and so far none of them have been back to Leather Gallery.
