Shocking service from Leather Gallery

Absolutely shocking service from gallery. Their sales team on the ground as well as supposedly regional management are clueless about customer service and expect you to go out of the way instead of the other way around. Bought about 15 deco items on sales from Deco Park during sales period. The salesperson forgot to include one frame that I wanted and that was in Durban and needed to be shipped to Joburg. You would think she will tell her manager on the same day to note that I must be given the sales price when I come collect. They took over 3 weeks to get that item - when I came to collect they expected me to pay full price!!! And the attitude was so casual as if that was totally acceptable. I complained and Rose the store manager asked the regional sales to give me the discount price - they could not even understand they were at fault and the least they could do was to make me pay the special price. Such a waste of time - total lack of basic customer service. Then the other deco item that I bought and which needed to be shipped to Joburg as well - I was casually told in the store I needed to pick up from their warehouse during the week only. What a joke! This was not mentioned when they happily swiped my card! Strongly do not recommend them at all
