********** my money for cheap couch - extremely disappointed Extremely disappointed with my very first purchase from leather gallery Pinetown. The couch I paid close to R50 000 never lasted a single month after purchase. After numerous runarounds to get their so called “technicians" to come & see the fault, being given excuses that technicians have broken cars "how is that my problem, do I care - really". Eventually they came and told me nothing can be done to get the couch fixed. My hard earned +-R50 000 down the drain just like that, **********. I will never never never buy from them, the lifetime guarantee/warranty promised doesn’t apply when their cheap/second hand products become faulty. More than 10 years ago I bought my couches from Decofurn @ R R8000 and till now they are strong, I just changed the covering. Leather gallery - never, Decofurn - forever***

As per our records, it was requested that our technician be called out to conduct an assessment. Once the assessment was completed a report was filed, to which it was noted you were not happy with the findings of the report. This issue has since been escalated and according to our records has now been closed.
