********** my money for cheap couch - extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed with my very first purchase from leather gallery Pinetown. The couch I paid close to R50 000 never lasted a single month after purchase. After numerous runarounds to get their so called “technicians" to come & see the fault, being given excuses that technicians have broken cars "how is that my problem, do I care - really". Eventually they came and told me nothing can be done to get the couch fixed. My hard earned +-R50 000 down the drain just like that, **********. I will never never never buy from them, the lifetime guarantee/warranty promised doesn’t apply when their cheap/second hand products become faulty. More than 10 years ago I bought my couches from Decofurn @ R R8000 and till now they are strong, I just changed the covering. Leather gallery - never, Decofurn - forever***

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience experienced. 
 
On the 26th of January 2021 we receive your complaint regarding your couch making a noise when moving. Our maintenance team was called out to conduct an assessment on the 19th of February 2021 and found that the leg of the Madrid Leather Corner Sofa was not set up to the floor correctly and was readjusted there accordingly. The cushions were also checked and it was reported that there was normal foam compression and therefore nothing wrong with them. 
 
After the assessment and repair of the sofa legs, it was noted that you were still unsatisfied with the assessment, we are genuinely sorry to hear this. Should you still feel like there is something wrong, our maintenance team would be able to assist you further with potential solutions should you wish to have an additional call out assessment conducted.
