Purchased goods form Leather Gallery that showed defects in less then 2 months from received date but was not repaired when i reported

<p>I bought a Savannah couch for my mom as a mothers day gift from leateher gallery, in less the 2 months from the recieval date the couche then started showing defect, i then contacted leathe gallery about that matter. they advised me to fill a form take pics of the couche and send to them which i did, after they have recieved the information they then sent a represantative/technician to inspect the couch. The outcome of that was that they stated that it is not their fault why this couch cushion is being defective and the blamede us saying that what has happened is caoused by sitting wearing jeans with buttons or maybe someone specificaly nicked the cushion and they sent me a quotation to fix which i did not agree to because my mom does not stay with a small child who can maybe be responsible to nick the couch cushion.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then sent follow up mails and then decided to personaly go to their workshop because i had no joy when comunicating on telephone and email to request to speak to the manager whom they said is the owner of the company but did not get joy the way he treated me and responded to me was not in a freandly nor profetional manner. He specificaly showed me by his actions that he was not interested and said they are not going to fix the defect but said he will speak to the person who did the investigation/technician then after he will get back to me after he had spoked to their technician that did incpection on the Savannah couch that i purchased and also Judy Snyman who was on leave when i came to the werehouse but was the lady hendling my case who i was in communication with from leather gallery .</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really disapointed with Leather Gallery for the service they offered with when reporting the defect, as a result i hve shared this experience with people i know advising them on how the company was to me when i reported the product i purchased less the 2 moths when it showed defects, that what they say when you buy their product that they have warranty is not true, they twist stories when cases of defects are reported to them.</p>
