Purchase of leather care products - Customer experience

I purchased leather care products from the Springfield Store, exceptional service from Maria Roberts, I had first called through to the store to confirm stock availability, there was no stock available, Maria had taken my contact details and informed me that she would contact me once the stock had arrived the following week. I diid receive a call from Maria the following week as soon the stock had arrived making the purchase an easy process, when I arrived at the store to collect, ,the items were kept aside for me. This is what good customer experience should be like, overall great experience shopping at the store and I had visited the opening of the store at the Crescent Umhlanga, Maria was the Sales person whom assisted me, very friendly and was able to advise based on the questions asked. Keep up the great work Maria.
