Poor service/quality- Leather Gallery

Very disappointed at Leather Gallery’s poor service. I paid almost R30000 for leather couches. They delivered and they were scratches on the couches. The arms of the couches were also empty causing the leather to crease. I sent it back. They delivered again. This time they wasn’t scratches but still empty arms. I emailed Leather Gallery asking either for a refund or have a technician come over to fix it. They rejected a refund which I accepted and then never got back to me about a technician coming to sort the arms out. I bought from Leather Gallery because they’re reputable. I had their delivery guys take pictures of it when they delivered, wrote a note of the fault on their delivery note and called their branch to ask if a technician would come over to fix which they assured me off. I wouldn’t recommend that you invest in their couches as what you see in the showroom may not be what you get. Chantel
