Poor service

I have terrible experience with leather gallery, I laybuyed couches last year September by December I was done with a payment I then ask them to deliver, only to find out that they don’t fit at my door so I had to return them , I then chose a couch that will fit at my door in January delivery guys refused to deliver because they thought the couch won’t fit, I had to pay an extra money so as the delivery guys will come and check if the couch will fit, surprisingly the couch did fit. I was ask to pay another delivery fee for the delivery, the couch were not delivered in time the sales person kept on making excuses, eventually the couch came after waiting for 3 months and it was the wrong one, when I called the sales she said there’s nothing they can do. I tried getting hold of a manager but she refused to talk to me and I found it very rude😣
