Poor service

What poor service I don't understand how such an expensive shop can neglect and ignore customers, it's not like they are full to a point where they can't attend to customer queries, we complained about a stand being defected @leatherr gallery boksburg, this was done in December to this day we almost in March no one has contacted us regarding this issue, is this how you treat paying customers? It's absolutely ridiculous..... I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone, poor I mean very poor service
