Poor Service

I spent over R40 000 in store and was sold a “Master Guard” to protect my couch. It didn’t work at all. When trying to claim under the warranty I have been batted around. I have been into the store 5 months ago and it is still not resolved to this day. I have sent multiple emails which are not responded to.
