Poor Quality of wood used to build couches

This is a follow up email regarding the below email where I expressed my dissatisfaction on the product I bought from you guys.

I am grossly displeased with the quality of the product and have requested for these couches to be replaced with new ones as i am no longer comfortable with the quality of the current batch.Failing which I need my full refund.

As I have expressed myself on numerous occasions,I came yo your store for quality not quantity.Is Leather Gallery a reputable store?the quetions begs... It is evident that the batch you have sold to us is of inferior quality hence the 2 seater was taken back to your warehouse for repairing the planks etc,how do I trust that both the 3 seater and 1 seater will not give up ?or even after the warranty has lapsed.

Our consumer rights have been extremely violated and this is uncomfortable as we cannot bear the dissatisfaction nor leave with fear of the worst. Please address this ASAP and revert back to me as soon as possible ad I need Either a full refund or this **** that you sold to me to he exchanged for a better quality.offcourse if leather gallery cannot provide me with quality I will go elsewhere to get the better quality CC 22579 wqs registered for my case..
