Poor quality and poor customer service, worst store!

Please DO NOT BUY from this store, their customer service is absolutely poor, I purchased a lounge set with home theatre worth 53000 the home theatre was too big so we asked them to take it back and give us the double seater without the home theatre which was 49000 I was told I Will be charged a delivery fee of 850 again and then be refunded the balance which takes 2 weeks. I agreed.. 2 weeks later when I called the store they say that they will not refund but instead give me an Instore voucher! They don't keep up to their policy,. Refrain from buying from this store
