Pending refund

I bought couches from Leather gallery around End May / beginning of June. Couches were 56k, However when they were delivered they did not fit at the door so they took them back to the store.

So I was asked to come and choose something else so I got couches worth 50k

Which means now I have change . I have had multiple promises for refund and everyday there is an excuse why I am not yet refunded .
