No customer service at Leather Gallery

I bought an Orlando lounge suite in 2021 at Leather Gallery Springfield within months the couches started having springs and *****s sticking out. I called them and they came to fix them. They took them away fir more than +-2 weeks and they returned them worse. The *****s were covered in material,stapled together and brought back to me. I lodged another complaint and to date they have not called or responded to my email. Their customer service us very poor,workmanship is also deplorable im am very frustrated by their lack of professionalism. I wont advice anyone to buy their furniture. It looks good until it breaks and then you are on your own.
