Lounge Set : CAPRI 3.2.1 : Inferior Quality

<p>Purchased the Full Leather Lounge set in Sept 2013. After just 3 years the fabric used to cover the underneath of the Recliners has just disinegrated and fallen off. To pay R24,990 for this kind of quality is totally unacceptable. On speaking to one of the salesmen he advised that a callout fee of R350 is required to send someone out to check and if there are repairs it will be at our cost!!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE</p>
