Leather Gallery...Poor quality, no customer service and poor level of technical staff who protect their poor workmanship.

Bought a L shaped couch from them. The legs started to collapse, whilst still within the guarantee period. The wooden structure fell apart. Had to have it repaired ourselves, due to guests checking in and numerous complaints. Contacted Shelly beach branch with no help whatsoever. Kobus said he will come out and have a look, called the store, hes not working there anymore. Dbn branch sent their technical manager, who advised the couch was abused. Its in a holiday flat and barely even used. he signed off his report as being fixed, after tightening some *****s. They wanted to still know why someone else fixed it...it could not register with them how pathethic their service and and promises were. Sine, refused to give me the contact number of their manager and said the issued was closed. We paid R2000 to have a section of the legs and couch repaired. Not sure when the other legs will fall apart. Would have had a better level of quality had i purchased from anyone else. Ha enough of their pathetic customer service, technical feedback, poor workmanship and utter ******* being sold, will never go to them again.
