Leather Gallery sold me a product I see a flaw in

Hi . I bought a BERLIN lounge set from leather gallery .it is a three piece set. The fabric has patterns on it. The patterns don't line up where it was joined resulting in misalignment of the patterns . This is on two sofas . If is clearly a flaw in manufacture as you can clearly see the patterns don't line up . I sent mails to them and they say leather gallery their design team and manufacturer don't see this as a flaw. I can see a misalignment and they sent me pics of other sets where the alignment is off but still try to maintain its not a flaw . Misalignment of a pattern to me is a flaw. Anyone with Berlin loung sets should look at the back rest pattern alignment and contact me if you see what I see. Vikesh ***. Thank you
