Leather gallery shocking after sales service and poor product quality

Purchased a lounge suite almost a year ago , mechanism in the couch not working reported it to leather gallery . They sent one of their technical managers who claimed wear and tear on a brand new suite then the story changed and the new mechanisms were meant to be on route to Johannesburg over 6 months ago and counting. No follow up service from leather gallery as well , pathetic service in extreme
