I contacted the store and was advised to contact their customer service online, I logged a ticket and one of their consultant Sine, contacted me 5 days later to tell me that they cannot assist me and I will have to pay for new foam.

I further spoke to Adrian, who said was the manager and he was so totally unhelpful and defensive.

Please look elsewhere for quality products, maybe consider Coricraft or other premium suppliers if you don't want to deal with such headache.
