Leather gallery poor service

We have been wanting a rug from the leather gallery store. We decided to go the store in Springfield Durban and they did not have the size we needed. We were then told that there is one in their pine town warehouse but it was damaged and they need to see if they can sell it to us?

We then get told we can purchase it from pinetown. When contacting them we were told we can’t get the rug today as they are loading a truck and they won’t take the rug off the shelf? So I was called the next day to say the rug is ready for pick up and is not damaged. I proceeded to go the store, only to witness the manager and the lady assisting having an argument (yes in front of a customer) I then get told that they don’t have the size we need.

For a store I would think is beyond expensive to have such poor customer service it’s extremely disappointing.

Not impressed!
