Leather Gallery poor service

Bought sitting room suite cash. No feedback for delivery. They sell the recliner 1 seater separate to customers and when I bought mine, after I paid cash I was informed that they will call warehouse to get 1 seater was informed that there is 2 in stock. Now I keep contacting them and was informed that both the 1 seaters are damaged?????? Service and feedback very poor!!!!!
