Leather gallery poor quality
Purchased Newton dining suite from leather gallery 14th June for R14.999 I got it from the floor at south coast mall less than a month later table broke I sent a query seeing that my query wasn’t being attended to I got someone to help repair it meantime which failed cz it fell flat to the ground he told me it’s made of saw dust and wont hold I could see myself that whole thing was falling apart a month later after playing hide and seek with a lady called Mandy from their customer service dept technician arrived and did a report that we put something heavy and therefore there’s nothing they can do… fine but for 15k one would expect good quality but no the dining suite is a disgrace I won’t be buying any items from the company in future! Disgusting after sales service and poor handling of complaints

As per our records, our technician was called out to assess the damage of your Newton Dining Set. The report that was filed after the assessment was completed stated that the Newton Dining Table is manufactured with bolts, nuts, and *****s that are used to stabilise and tighten the table when assembled together. The Newton Dining Table cannot just break without a considerable amount of weight continuously being app**** to it.
Unfortunately, it was determined that nothing could be done to repair the Newton Dining Table as it was badly wrecked and damaged. It was noted on the delivery note that you signed, that you received the Newton Dining Set in good condition.
