Leather Gallery Poor Customer Service

Customer Service non-existent. Bought a lazy boy suite from them in November 2021. 2nd Day of use first chair broke. 2nd chair broke within a week. Took them weeks to send someone to look. Broken mechanisms. Numerous emails sent and either I get a reference number, an apology for late reply (escalating to another person) or mostly just ignore my messages. I want a new suite - total replacement as I haven't even had the pleasure of using it. They even had the cheek to suggest that the chairs cannot take more than 130kg per chair. I definitely am not that weight. POOR POOR POOR
