Leather Gallery please DO NOT support them

We purchased a suede lounge suite from Leather Gallery in Pietermaritzburg 3 years ago, the condition is nothing short of shocking!!!! The springs in the seats are coming through the seats and we are deeply disappointed. Please DO NOT support them, the quality is certainly not guaranteed!!!!
