Leather Gallery menlyn invoiced me without my authorization

Leather Gallery menlyn has invoiced me for couches that I did not order from them . I received an email at 6.35 pm on the 2nd of Feb 2024 saying that I had placed an order with them on a quotation that they had given me over a year ago .I tried calling the store yet no one answers which amazes me as I received the invoice of R26000 only 5 mins prior to me calling .This Sales person the invoice is under is Lorriane M . This is absolutely pathetic that and utter nonsense , I want this entire transaction reversed immediately
