Leather Gallery leaves you sitting on the Floor

Leather Gallery sell at premium prices. When Durban depot was contacted to please recover 2 leather recliners for reupholstering, as the “leather” has cracked and peeled. I was informed that because the recliners are 10+ years old the fabric has been discontinued and they cannot assist. I asked if they they couldn’t recover with their current fabric or if I could supply fabric. Categorically “No”. This is not machinery or equipment where spare parts can become redundant. This is fabric. Simply reupholstering recliners which they manufacture. After sales service is simply non existent. The customer really is a nobody for Leather Gallery. If you want to buy from Leather Gallery at the premium prices they command and the so called quality which they are unable to maintain or honour, know that customers are nobodies to them. All that matters is the upfront payment and then have a nice life.
