Leather gallery is a ripoff

Went to leather gallery saw a coffee table that I liked and I decided to laybye the table since I had to relocate and how our economy is so bad I had to cancel poor me went back tried to cancel several times was told that I will be charged 20% for 12 months so clearly the 10% pernalty fee that’s on their contract and the website doesn’t apply at all, this is a **** and daylight *******. The worse part of it is that they don’t speak the same language the financial manager said They will penalise me 10% . Since I have been waiting for my money back and I have to beg them since last year am still waiting for my money back
