Leather Gallery is a **** 😡😡😡

I made a lay-be on the 21 March 2023 , Around July Venisha from Hillcrest brach was sending me emails and calling me regarding my lay-bye numerous times, I felt Harassed, so I cancelled the lay-be on the 18 August 2023 , I was then told to wait 14 working Days, but till today nothing, I did try to contact them , they don't reply to emails, they don't call back as promised, Thier Managing Director Judy doesn't even care about customer Complains , Their Stuff is very Rude 👿, I just called to check when my money will reflect on my acc and The Customer Service Switchboard operator, she said It will reflect today, and I asked if it doesn't because I was told it will reflect yesterday, then I asked it my money doesn't reflect who should I speak to, so said she can not answer that and she dropped my call while I was still talking 😡😡😡
