Leather Gallery: going against their contract terms and conditions

I requested a refund on the 3/07/2024 and was told that it would take 10-14 days to received my refund, after the 14 days was over no refund was received and when I called for a follow up I was told that they had a issue with their systems but my refund should come through that week. It’s been a month now without my refund and when I called again 29/07 they told me that they are not giving me a refund due to the colour of the sofa I purchased of which that has nothing to do with anything because according to my contract I signed with them the terms and conditions clearly stated that if a cancellation is done I will be charged a 10% handling fee and will be refunded the rest of the balance. Leather gallery totally disregarded their contract with me and doesn’t want to hear me out or look at my contract I sent to them that we both signed. Worst service every by far!
