Leather Gallery

I bought a couch at Leather Gallery it has a crack and got a tone without being tempered with and still under guarantee. I logged the call with them and sent the pictures as requested. The response from them was i must pay for the damage the will send me a quote. To my suprise, they didn't come to assess the couch but concluded that is my negligence and the couch was so expensive, I can't just throw my money inside the drain. I am not happy with the service from Leather Gallery.
