Leather Gallery : Bad experience

I bought a recliner, had to wait for the order and paid for delivery. Delivery was late, recliner broken and technician dispatched not able to correct the mechanism. LG refused to take the recliner back the same day. Returned the next day late afternoon, without confirming time. I lost several hours of income due to poor management, poor quality control and staf playing the blame game. Hoping the refund will be forthcoming within a reasonable time period.
