Leather Gallery and Expensive Mistake, products I

I am so sick of Leather Gallery...I purchased a set in November 2011, stitching came undone twice ...paid twice and surprise surprise again it is loose. Your after sales service is shocking, you don't take ownership of **** products and charge for repairs. I will be reporting you to every single blog or forum and with the ombudsman to protect consumers from making the same expensive mistake. Probably use to complaints hence one cannot post to your Facebook wall. Shocked at your don't give a **** attitude. Desiree ***
