Leather Gallery

If I could rate leather gallery with less than one star I would. In 2017 we bought a three seater leather couch with otterman functions. In about 2022 the leather started pealing on one of the chairs; the backrest, seat and footrest. After much discussion they were adamant that the leather had peeled due to not treating the leather regularly. I disagreed and nonetheless had no warranty and needed the repairs done and paid for these. It’s two years later and the same problem has occurred after being fixed previously. Now they claim not to have the material used to cover the couch and they referred me to an upholsterer who may be able to help. He has numerous bad ratings on hello Peter. Just warning people not to buy from this company I am very unhappy about their service and product quality.
