Inferior quality of product

I purchased a 3 piece Kuta set from Leather Gallery 2 years ago for approx. R39k. After having the set for a year. The leather started peeling on 1 couch. I contacted Leather Gallery who insisted I pay a call out fee of R350.00 before someone comes out to inspect the set. After payment was done, the person arrived about 2 months later sending couple e-mails. Then no word from them. When making contact again, I was told that they cannot find the inspection report, they will send someone out again. Guys came out again and I was told that I am not cleaning the set properly hence the leather peeling. I clean the set as per instruction by my sales lady and I am only using the products supp**** by the store. I then e-mailed the owner of Leather Gallery. He then sent another person to inspect the suite. The person arrived and did inspection and told me on site that the ***ment was peeling. Although they state that the couches are leather upper, they are sprayed with a ***ment hence the peeling. When the guy got back to the office, he gave them a complete different story, claiming I could have used a different product to clean, this is after showing him the products I purchased. I then queried again, and was told that they can recommend a person to repair the couch at my cost. I will never buy anything from them again because I asked can the leather be tested to prove it's leather and they went silent. Since then they have been silent and ignored my e-mail. This includes the owner. So much for customer service and value for money.
