Inferior product and sevice

<p>Further to my post of June 10 2016, we called in someone to give us a quote to repair the tear on the couch. He took one look and said" this is not genuine leather it is bonded leather - it tears like paper" So our"once in a life time" purchase for R31920.00 for 2 x couches is almost worthless. Leather Gallery gave us a certificate congratulating us on our "genuine leather" purchase. The invoice shows "full genuine leather" but it is made of bonded leather - a very inferior product for an enormous price </p>
