Inferior product and service

<p>We bought 2 x expensive leather couches from, what we thought was the most reputable supplier - Leather Gallery. They were delivered and we gave them a cursory check and accepted them. We thought we were dealing with a good company with a high level of service. A while later we noticed a tear under one of the arms of the couch. It had obviously got bigger when the couch was moved for cleaning purposes. We reported this to Leather Gallery within the guarantee period but they have refused to fix it under guarantee. So what we thought was a reputable company turned out to have a very poor service level togther with using an inferior product in the manufacture. A leather lounge suite should not tear when being moved to clean underneath it.</p>
