I bought genuine leather sofas worth R90 000 December 2021, the sofas are now changing color, a black color is coming out, I contacted them and they told me they can't help me because the leather has no guarantee and that I have used chemicals to clean my sofas. Upon buying the sofas we asked our sales lady how to take care of leather and she advised us to use water or buy things to clean from them, we bought a conditioner but it seems like it got worse. I've sent emails to them and the only response I'm getting is that I damaged my own furniture worth R90 000 with chemicals. I'm very upset at the poor service.
