Falsely Adverti*****t from Leather Gallery

Very dissappointed in the way Leather Gallery falsely advertises.I went into Leather Gallery Springfield today 03/05/2021 and spoke to sales person with regards to purchase of a lounge set(Berlin 3+2+1 fabric sofa suite).When this specific suite is searched on Google it comes up with Leather gallery suggestion and under leather gallery advert for this suite it stipulates "The Berlin fabric sofa combines ageless charm and handmade craftsmanship at its best.We include delivery in our prices."I have screenshot available if needed. Upon making arrangements to pay the sales lady added delivery charge of R650 over and above the advertised price of R38999.

Manager and sales lady said they are unaware of what is advertised on google.I then went online and showed them refernce to what i was saying .They still denied this and insisted on charging a delivery fee of R650.

I cancelled my order and told them that i would take this matter further, Please could i get some help.

Buy now securely with a …*Check website for latest pricing” If you go onto our website and add a product to your cart and proceed to the checkout it will then redirect you to a page where your delivery fee is calculated based on the address that you list for delivery. This is not an additional fee; it is built into the product price. We would never add on additional unnecessary fees and would not falsely advertise this. We apologise once again for this miscommunication, and hope to see you at one of our showrooms again soon to organise for the purchase of your very own magnificent Berlin Fabric Sofa Suite.
