**** leather and poor service

My husband bought leather couches in 2020, we have requested repairs for the springs in one couch for more than 3 times, now there ridiculously low quality leather is cracking and peeling off. They are even refusing to repair the damage, and we have phoned and wrote to them no help... Do not buy their products they are **** and customer service is poor.
