Failing to deliver on a closed sale

I bought a couch on the 15th of February, I got a 5star service from the salesperson, today on the 18 of March I have not yet received my couch. I have been told I have to wait for another 14 days to get my refund. Now I have to produce confirmation of banking and wait for 14 working days for my money.
