Factory faults and Poor customer care service

Last year we bought 6 piece LIN-DIANA QUEEN/KING LG DARK WALNUT at Galleria Mall(Amanzimtoti) and we received it on the 13th January 2025. We reported and returned it because of factory faults(Headboard and Pedestal holes were misaligned, damaged and poor base wood finish) and Broken mirror(Dressing Table) On the 1st February 2025, they returned a Dressing Table and a Mirror. On their delivery we noticed that it has factory fault again(Misaligned holes, damages on mirror surface). Since then we never get a proper response as customers till we made some inquiries and report it to our sales personnel.

We are very disappointed with their service, especially the guys from warehouse.
