I ordered a couch online. A lovely lady named Mbali assisted me very quickly and made this an absolutely awesome process! She assisted me swiftly with sizes, pictures, the warranty and guarantee information, and additional extras like master guarding (which we took) The couch was delivered and placed in my lounge on time and in good condition. Very happy with our purchase but even more happy with the level of service and professionalism received from Mbali! Huge thank you the service is why we bought this couch.
