Dont care about their products come back

They dont even deserve 1 star they deserve 0 star i have never seen such a company that do3snt care with the come backs of their products i have bought Geneva 3 Seater, the plastic footing cover its cracking i bought it on April 2025 experience the problem in early Feb 2025 their answer was its not covered under warranter i should pay for it to be fixed their head office clearly told me that it has cracked because of the way i seat, my heels have cracks that is why the plastic is cracking Second seat its peeling they told me its because i have never uswd their leather care that is why its peeling Yoooo i have never dealt with such company in my entire life
