Do Not Purchase Anything That Needs To Be Ordered!!!

I regret making a purchase at this store. I've been waiting for over 2 months for furniture I bought as a birthday gift for someone, I was assured the item would arrive within three weeks of purchase. No courtesy was provided to at least explain why/when and how the delay will be resolved. Their supply chain management is in shambles, I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase anything that's not readily available in the shop. COVID is not a valid excuse, don't undermine the intelligence of your customers!
