Delivery ******* and poor quality service by assembly technicians

purchased a Malta RHF C541 at the Shelly beach store and was told that delivery was not from store to my address but from warehouse to my address. I offered to pick it up a the Shelley beach store but I was told their would still be the cost of transport from the warehouse to the shop, and if I went this way they could not give a warranty as there technicians must assemble unit. Goods arrived and technicians were unable complete the assembly (missing hardware) I had to go to a store and purchase hardware to complete the job and supply the tools to do so. Poor policy regarding delivery cost, poor quality service by technicians and or packing regarding lost hardware. Will not be using this company again.
