Couch not Delivered
Worst company. They don't keep their promises on the delivery date. Second week in a row I had to take off because of leather gallery. They told me my couches were accidentally delivered to another branch. Won't buy from them again.

01 Jul 2021, 16:27Still waiting. Was promised my couch will be delivered on the week starting the 5th of July 2021. Called the customer service today, and was told the couch will arrive end of July. Waited 6 months without a couch, the store does not even organize another couch in the mean time. They don't care about customers. If I knew another store to match my Cairo recliner (check-in colour), I would have gone to the other store.
