Complaint about my couches

I bought white leather couches from leather gallery at Kolonade Mall on the 17th August 2023 and I even bought cleaner and conditioner from them but after using them however after cleaning them they've turned into a blue colour.I tried to talk to them about it they came after a month without any solution telling me that I should not wear dark colors on them which they didn't tell me when I buy them.They take time to respond my emails and and their consultant don't want to give me their contact number, they gave me email only which they take time to respond.
