Coffee table quality issue

I’m extremely disappointed ☹️ with the level of service I have received from the leather gallery, in December 2023 I received a delivery of a coffee table and we happened to not open it immediately but two weeks later but the quality was insane as the table glass was uneven, we queried the matter and were told they cannot help us, I’ve spent 9k on the table and did not expect such quality, pictures were supp**** and yet nothing was done, I will never ever shop at the Leather gallery
