Coffee Table

I laybye a crystal 2coffee table stainless steel base silver clear on 2023-03-31,i finished to pay for my laybye on the 2023-10-02,but even today I haven't received my coffee table, I spoke to the sales lady and she told me that she contacted their regional office since from last week but they are not replying to the emails that were sent to them, at moment no money no caffee table, seriously I don't know what to do I've been trying to contact their head office but they not answering their phone.
